We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent with experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction to join our team!
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Read blueprints, electrical systems, circuits and plans</li>
<li>Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturers installation manuals to complete assigned projects</li>
<li>Be able to schedule material and equipment in order to complete assigned projects</li>
<li>Remain in compliance with current National and Local Electric Codes</li>
<li>Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment</li>
<li>Manage, supervise and lead multiple crews simultaneously</li>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent in a commercial / industrial setting</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy</li>
<li>Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance</li>
<li>Demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment</li>
<li>Willingness to travel is highly desirable</li>
<li>Applicant must be able to pass an electrical aptitude test, background check and drug screening</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,532.91 - $81,329.96 per year
