General Summary:&nbsp;

Responsibilities:&nbsp;

General Summary:&nbsp;

Prevent excessive waste of labor and materials by performing high quality installations, consistent with the designed layout, without requiring rework. Follow construction drawings and other documents to ensure that concealed wiring is installed before completion of wall, ceiling, and flooring finishes are installed. Measure, cut, bend, thread, ream, and install conduit, using appropriate tools such as hacksaw, band saw, pipe threader and conduit bender. Pull and terminate branch and feeder conductors. Terminate wiring to light fixtures, motors, panels, devices, and other electrical equipment, using hand tools and power tools. Utilize test equipment to test voltage, amperage, and continuity of circuit wiring to ensure compatibility and safety of components. General Summary:&nbsp;
The BIM Modeler I must be familiar with the Revit software program to provide support to various jobsite personnel such as the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Representative, Electrical Designers, Engineers, and Project Supervision by preparing 2-D and 3-D detail drawings along with 3-D models to include all views and help get the dimensions necessary for the actual installs on jobsite. Make copies of drawings and maintain information regarding changes to database. Make simple decisions but refer most questions/problems to Electrical Designers, Engineers, or Supervisor. Familiarity of Revit software. The BIM Modeler I will report to the BIM Manager.
Preferred Job Skills:
Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors. Possesses basic math skills and a willingness to commute to remote job sites as needed. Must possess effective communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have experience or ability to become proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage. General Summary:&nbsp;
Ace University is the Corporate Training Center for Ace Electric. At Ace University, the Training Instructor will create a safe academic environment that encourages student engagement, while effectively delivering the program curriculum. &nbsp;As such, the Training Instructor is expected to plan, organize and teach in a manner that produces student competency in the discipline area. Ace University&rsquo;s Training Programs will include topics such as electrical safety and electrical skills assessment and coaching. Responsibilities:&nbsp;
The Training Instructor uses multiple training techniques including presentation and lecture, hands on practices, partner member presentations, group presentations by students and other effective instructional methods in the Ace University Training Programs.
Must be able to use technology in classroom instruction. Develops a lesson plan for each course date to ensure all learning objectives are covered in each class. Possesses communicative skills including delivering a developed syllabus and the ability to speak to groups. Creates a learning environment that encourages student involvement and participation. Prepares and conducts student laboratory exercise related to the curriculum. Enforces Laboratory Safety Procedures, including Eye protection and proper lock out tag out procedures. Completes other duties as required and asks for assistance when needed. &nbsp;
Position Requirements: License: Completion of a Department of Labor registered Apprenticeship Program and a Georgia Electrical Contractors License is preferred. Education: High School Graduate or GED. Experience: Actively performed work on electric systems in the construction, repair or design as they pertain to the residential, commercial or industrial industry for a minimum for five (5) years preferred.
Working Conditions:
Work in a climate-controlled office setting with varying degrees of stress and time pressure. Considerable amount of time making repetitive motions. Considerable amount of time sitting. Considerable amount of time using telephone and computer. Sounds, noise levels may be distracting or uncomfortable.

General Summary:&nbsp;
The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. &nbsp;The Superintendent will report to the Project Manager.
Preferred Job Skills:
Strong commercial and industrial electrical background. Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing sophisticated test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.). Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle. Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Able to demonstrate necessary computer and keyboard skills. OSHA 30 Hour, CPR, and First Aid trained. Ability to manage customer and company specific information and documentation in an organized manner. Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Must be an effective and professional communicator, both written and verbally. Able to be on twenty-four hour call on a rotating basis, as needed.

Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Responsible for leading and directing all field personnel involved in the project to include orientation, time keeping, daily reports, safety reports, accident reports, and disciplinary reports. May function as the Site Safety Representative for the project. Responsible for the construction take off of the job using the bid estimate as a guideline, but will plan the job in the most efficient and profitable manner. Insure all materials are ordered and received in a timely manner to insure compliance with the job work schedule. Work closely with Fabrication to maximize the opportunity for savings regarding the installation of field materials to include the labor. Necessary to have and maintain certain personal tools as directed by Leadership. Will read and comply with all guidelines provided in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, or Policy and Procedure Manual, and will require any field employees under their leadership to do the same. All other duties as assigned.

Certification: None required. Education: High School Graduate/GED required. Journeyman Electrician/completion of Apprenticeship Program required. Experience: Minimum of 6-years electrical experience preferred in industrial or commercial construction. &nbsp;Supervisory experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, or snow. Job requires employee to have required personal tools with him at all times (waist tool belt as worn weighs approximately 30 lbs.). Work from all types of ladders and be able to transport/relocate ladders unassisted. Employee&rsquo;s personal weight with tools cannot exceed the rated weight capacity of ladders used. Perform work at various heights, up to 90 feet from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, cat walks and other safe work areas. Work in restricted areas (switch gear-room, manholes, utility tunnels and crawl spaces). Wear personal protective equipment as required. Able to work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required, to include night shifts and out-of-town work if required.
