Lead Electrician

Position: Lead Electrician
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial/residential projects
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients

Requirements:
- 8(+) years of electrical experience
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage teams
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license
