Description

Responsibilities:                                                                
    1A.)    Provide leadership and instruction for Foremen, project and site leads                                                        
    1B.)    Coach Foremen and electricians towards profit percentage of 22%                                                        
    1C.)    Mentor Foremen and SECO employees (temporary employees included) to cultivate relationships with GC superintendents and project managers                                                        
    1D.)    Assist in developing Electricians, Junior Foreman, and Foreman                                                        
    1E.)    In partnership with Home Office, develop training routine, materials, schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards and SECO policies and protocol                                                        
                                                                
Targets:                                                                
    1A.)    Review Foremen daily reports, provide guidance, coaching, and appropriate follow-up                                                         
    1B.)    Routine in-person coaching of Foremen and field personnel                                                        
    1C.)    Continual review of SECO field manuals (foreman, safety talks, work plans/construction schedule template) and coach to implementation and compliance                                                        
    1D.)    Help field staff solve problems towards completion of projects on time and under budget                                                        
    1E.)    Coordinate and schedule training for all new SECO field employees                                                        
    1F.)    Communicate with Foremen and confirm that projects are on schedule daily                                                        
    1G.)    Work with Home Office to give feedback to Electricians, Junior Foreman, and Foreman to help facilitate their growth and development                                                        
    1H.)    Ensure Foremen and Electrician compliance regarding daily, weekly reports and material orders                                                        
    1I.)    Coach Foremen to regular (weekly) contact with General Contractors and communicate any timeline changes to the Home Office
