We’re currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team of driven professionals committed to excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
  • Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
  • Proven leadership skills with experience running crews
  • Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.
  • Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks.
  • Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.).
  • Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
